Memorial Kiosk


The Memorial Kiosk system comes complete with a touch screen monitor, credit card reader, thermal printer, mini computer, keyboard, USB flash drive and software. The Memorial Kiosk product can operate as a stand alone system so no additional software or servers are required.


Administrator Functions

The administrator function makes it easy to update the general Kiosk settings and to update all information relating to the deceased. Administrator functions can be accomplished at the Kiosk or on a separate computer.

At the Kiosk simply connect the supplied keyboard into the kiosk computer. If performing the functions on a separate PC you can A: save to a USB flash drive and copy the updated file or B: the PC can be connected directly to the kiosk computer to share updated files thus eliminating the need for the USB flash drive or keyboard connection. Assistance is available through ISG for networking computers.

System Capabilities

The system is designed to collect information for Pre-Need requests, process charitable contributions, send condolences, provide information about the deceased, and provide information about the establishment.

The system will compile Pre Need input data into a printable database for Hot Lead Generation. The system will also save contact information from charitable donations as a secondary Lead Generation list.

 
   

Valuable Family Service

The system provides information for up to 12 separate clients within the facility at any given time with up to three charity choices per client. The visitor making a donation will immediately receive a printed receipt for their records.

The system is capable of real time credit card processing via an internet connection (internet service not included). If internet is not available credit card information will be written to a database for manual authorization.
